Welcome to IAS Team House in Khartoum. It is situated 5 km from the city centre in the southern part called East Deem. It is off Mohammed Nagib Street in a quite peaceful area near street 41.

IAS Team House in Khartoum is to serve IAS staff first of all. But at times the Team House is free to also receive other guests.

The Team House has 4 rooms and 12 beds; two rooms with three beds in each room and shared bathroom; one room with four beds and private bathroom; one room with two beds and private bathroom.

All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a kitchen available with full cooking utilities as the Team House does not provide food. The dining room is shared between our staff/guests.

The Team House is in the same building as IAS office and offers free internet services. There are several restaurants in the close vicinity offering various kinds of food. Transport services such as buses and rickshaws are available 1 minute walk from the Team House.
